It was an Angry Birds kind of day.

Jax has been working around the house to earn money for his Angry Birds on Thin Ice. 

Guess what...

He's reached his goal! 

We headed to Target this morning where he immediately grabbed his Angry Bird game and was so excited because he finally had the money to take it home! 

While we were shopping he told me that he no longer had to work around the house because he had his Angry Birds now. 

I had to remind him that he would probably want other toys, and if he did, that he could always work again.  Of course, that went in one ear and out the other because I don't know what I'm talking about.

And while we ran errands this morning, he didn't let the Angry Birds game out of his sight.  Here he is telling me that he now has 3 different types of Angry Bird games. 

As if I didn't know.  I pick up those Angry Birds from under the couch, in the washer, and where ever else they end up!

The minute we got home, Justin graciously started lunch so I could sit down and play Angry Birds right away.  Jax could not contain his excitement.  A TNT box!  The pigs have hats!  A really BIG red Angry Bird!  Oh my!

So this has been the highlight of Jax's day.  Off and on, he would chose us to play with him.  We build the tower..he knocks it down.

I especially enjoyed when Jaxson announced to us that he is now saving up for Angry Birds Mega Smash.  So he cleared off the dinner dishes from the table tonight and then asked for his quarter. 

Justin explained to him that he didn't have to buy an Angry Birds toy.  He could buy a ball, toy car, etc...

And Jax immediately said, "Oh, an Angry Bird ball?"

Nevermind, Jax.  Nevermind.
